It is interesting to hear your guests say that they would choose a north american union over "a flailing Canada". It has been posited by some, Charlie Robinson being one, that the USA is in an intentional decline. If that is true, and I certainly can't rule that out, it sounds like the goal is to put Americans in the same place as your guests - to be so dismayed with their own country that they will willingly accept a global government.
One other note: Boomers aren't the only ones who are horribly propagandized and underinformed regarding political machinations. Boomers do get their information from the government media, but I don't see where TikTok is generating interest in politics either. Sadly, it is difficult for me to find anyone of any age that is even marginally aware of what is going on. I've met ONE person who has heard of Karl Schwab and the WEF. That's why I'm here - I can't discuss anything outside of sports, weather and maybe how "Trump is a meanie" with anyone in my physical presence.

They were almost here but slipped back into the propaganda cycle. At least in Canada. I still think there is hope for the USA. What's infuriating about this conversation is it pre-supposes it's the government's job to keep us safe when we have 3 generations of history that shows whenever the government says it's here to help keep us safe or help, they're going to do the opposite and make something dangerous or exploit us. until we can let this go, discourse wont move forward.
