My son, who I homeschooled for biblical/political/moral reasons, is unfortunately one of those who is claiming the social credit system does not exist in China or that it is not what critical Americans claim it is. He also defends China and Russia, as if just because America is corrupt to the core, the countries America opposes must be better.
He recently sent me a cartoon that says the following:
#1 person: I'M SO GLAD I LIVE IN A COUNTRY WHERE I HAVE FREE SPEECH TO CRITICIZE THE GOVERNMENT WHENEVER I WANT AND NOT A COUNTRY LIKE RUSSIA OR CHINA.
#2 person: DO YOU ACTUALLY USE YOUR FREE SPEECH TO CRITICIZE YOUR GOVERNMENT, THOUGH?
#1 person: WELL NO, MOSTLY I JUST USE IT TO CRITICIZE RUSSIA AND CHINA.
#2 person: UHH, AREN'T THOSE THE GOVERNMENTS YOUR GOVERNMENT TELLS YOU TO CRITICIZE?
#1 person: THAT’S PURE COINCIDENCE!
Which means, of course, that Russia and China must be good, at least comparatively speaking….
I don’t know who he is listening to, but the people he has chosen to listen to, believe, and follow as role models seem to have successfully undermined nearly everything I tried to teach him. :(
Can you find out who he is listening to and listen to them yourself and then discuss why those he listens to are feeding him what seems to be "undermining nearly everything you tried to teach him?
He drives truck, so has nearly unlimited amounts of time to listen to stuff. I can’t listen here at home, have limited data, have to work a lot, and refuse to listen to (or read) things with filthy language, so although it’s a good idea, I really can’t. I pray and leave it to God to open his eyes, and to give me the words to say when I have opportunities. I saturated him with God’s word and good science, history, and politics when he was growing up, so he has the resources in his head.
He has wanted to get residency/citizenship in Mexico for quite a while and has actively pursued it, so I recommended an interview with Hrvoje and I think he listened to it. :)
Hopefully, he will come to realize that Mom was right and hopefully that realization comes before something terrible happens. I will say a prayer for him.
It's almost impossible to convince those who only get information from the weaponized mainstream media that we are in a war of survival never experienced before in all of history as those in positions of authority and influence, some with obscene wealth like Gates, Soros, the Clintons, Zuckerberg, etc., are systematically and continuously working to destroy the majority of humanity as they believe most people are useless and not worthy to live and that only they have the right to have absolute control over everything and all people in the world. Just listen to anything coming out of the WEF, the UN, and the mouths of Gates, Soros, and the Clintons.
