AI cannot reach this goal, but can be so complex and entwined in our daily lives, that eventually be out of anyone's full control.
Humans are designed to adapt, our environment is full of tech, we are merging at some level already.
Mandatory immediate decentralization of surveillance and communications be the standard policy worldwide. We used to similar laws of media control.
This must be demanded by the people of the world and brought to internation legislation.
Many systems today running large financial interests , that no one knows how it all works, just that it performs.......
